A small, real list of people who read this genre on purpose.
First Chapter Press sends one letter a week to readers who joined because they want cozy and clean mysteries. Each issue carries a small number of featured books, and every one also gets a permanent spot on this site.
Where the list stands: just over 200 readers as of October 2026, growing every week through reader-magnet giveaways and group promotions. Typical open rates have run around 30%. That's small, and the price reflects it. As the list grows, prices will go up for new bookings, never for ones already made.
$15 per feature while the list is under 500 readers. Free or 99¢ books in Kindle Unlimited are especially welcome.
Cozy, clean and traditional mysteries. Nothing graphic. At least one Amazon review, a professional-looking cover, and a book we'd be happy to put our name next to. If it isn't a fit we'll say so and you won't be charged.
Email hello@firstchapterpress.com with the book's Amazon link and the week you'd like. We reply within two days with a date and a payment link. Newsletter swaps for other cozy authors are welcome too.
